June Statistics Are In!

“Active Listings” at Desert Mountain have dropped below 100, something we have not seen in a while. Moderate “Solds” at 8, but 14 “Under Contract” showing robust activity and partly responsible for the inventory drop. Overall a solid June on the mountain. Looks like we are seeing some normalizing seasonality coming into the summer.
